Whats to come and my first Menu Monday

I'm pretty excited about it being the end of July!

The 100+ degree is getting old. The crazy neighborhood teenagers slamming car doors and honking their horn during the middle of the week while my baby is sleeping is really really getting old.

Our vacation in September.

A garage sale to get rid of poop like this!

A giveaway regarding a super sassy bow!

A month of breastfeeding awareness!

And a month of SMA awareness.

It's EXCITING!!!

Today, I wanted to share with you guys our menu for the week.  I'll attempt to make this a regular thing, because every week I make a menu for us. I'm working on making a little menu display that a IG friend of mine did. The tutorial is on her blog HERE

Any who, thank heavens for Pinterest because it feeds my little family of three pretty good. :)

Crockpot BBQ Chicken - I made this yesterday and it was YUM! Next time I'll shred the chicken and put them on a sandwich or something. It was delicious! I paired it with Cheesy Zucchini Rice (this is an AWESOME blog!) With all the zucchini we got at the farmer's market Saturday I've got some yummy recipes in mind. I apologize if you follow my GRUB board. It's full of zucchini and butternut squash.

For the rest of the week, I have these planned:
Butternut Squash Carbonara - More Farmer's Market goodies. :)
Korean Beef and a side of Roasted Okra
Breakfast for Dinner

Since there are two and a half of us, we usually do leftovers a few nights a week. I used to hate leftovers, but then it came to budgeting like I mentioned I was working so hard on in THIS post. So now I suck it up, and eat the hell out of some leftovers. :) We also eat out once a week usually after church on Saturday nights. It's a nice treat and a break from having to cook all week.

Rowyn tried Chocolate Milk for this first time this week while we were eating out. I think it may have had crack in it! :) SHE LOVED IT! Every time she would finish a chug, she would clap! HILARIOUS!

How do you plan your meals for the week?? Do you fly by the seat of your pants or do you write it out so there is not guessing?

If you guys are wondering how my couponing is going...GREAT!! I've got our monthly grocery bill cut almost completely in half. I'm still working out some kinks, and I'm still learning. However, when I get it down I'll share some of my tricks.

Until then, have a great week!

Lots of Love,
The Boffs
